GZ Negative pressure recirculation system with compensation function perfectly plays the advantages of Starfire head, assuring steady ink delivery and minimizing downtime and maintenance.
Four heaters plus smart IR drying system!
Pre, mid, post, extended heaters plus IR drying system treats the media and prints evenly and efficiently during high speed printing. Synchronization IR dyring prevents the prints over-burnt and saves energy.
Staggered three rows of heads!
6 Starfire heads staggered in 3 rows for big volume output. CNC aluminum mounting with hard anodizing layer prevents its mechanism from deforming.
Super strong heavy duty body!
Enhanced aluminum beam, beam holders and body frame assure extreme high speed printing&long running life and also prevent deforming during transportation.
Separate taking up system!
Separate media taking up system with IR drier could dry the printing thoroughly during high speed printing. An additional roll saves media switching time to speed up production.
